The room was clean. It also offered a delicious Nespresso coffee maker, though I found the initial supply of pods to be a little limited. The reception was quick to address this, responding kindly with more coffee.
The room was spacious but dated. I found the decor in need of refreshing. Getting extra towels proved to be a bit of a chore one night. I had to wait almost two hours for them to arrive.

the room was clean. the bed was comfy, that was a nice feature. i booked a table at the view restaurant. i ate my meal outside on the terrace overlooking the sea. it had many sail boats, pleasant.
The staff were sparse while i waited for service! i was charged a ÂŁ2.80 service charge on top of the drinks bill. i had to ask for milk for coffee. Also butter for toast.

I had a double room harbour view balcony. it offered magnificent views over the water and brownsea island. the breakfast had excellent choices overlooking the harbor. all staff were courteous. The young lady at reception was especially helpful. i also appreciated the proximity to beaches and sandbanks.
On one night, getting clean towels and toilet roll was a pain. I waited nearly two hours, though the staff eventually provided them. the wait was lengthy, and i did feel some inconvenience!

The hotel gave us three rooms on the top floor. Everyone liked their rooms. The harbor view is amazing. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is clean and the facilities are good.
The hotel room was warm. The air conditioning did not work properly. A full size Dyson fan was put on the dressing table.

i found the staff very friendly and cute, a big plus. the free parking made arrival smooth and stress-free, a bonus. the room size was generous with everything i needed readily available. waking up to the lovely views from my room was a highlight.
the wifi signal was inconsistent in the room i occupied. it occasionally dropped, disrupting access.
